Summary
As a Childcare Center Floater Teacher at The Learning Experience, you will play a vital role in supporting our classrooms and ensuring a nurturing environment for children. This position is essential in helping us achieve our mission of fostering positive development in early childhood education.
Responsibilities
- Assist lead teachers in daily classroom activities and lesson implementations.
- Provide supervision and support to children across various age groups.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and engaging learning environment for all children.
- Adapt to different classrooms as needed, offering flexibility and support wherever required.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and needs.
- Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to enhance professional development.
Requirements
- Passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
- Strong communication skills to interact with children, parents, and staff effectively.
- Ability to adapt quickly to different classroom settings and age groups.
- Prior experience in early childhood education is preferred but not required.

Compensation: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
